About Us
Nestled in the heart of Woodland Hills, Aji Mori House is a hidden gem of omakase dining that brings a new style of Japanese cuisine to Woodland Hiils. Our name, "Aji" meaning "flavor" in Japanese and "Mori" symbolizing "forest," embodies our vision of a plentiful, flavorful experience. Here, we blend authentic Japanese traditions with modern culinary artistry, creating a fresh, innovative dining experience.
Owner Ogi Jiimen, originally from Mongolia, has a passion for Japanese cuisine and has honed her craft over nearly 15 years. Her dream has always been to open a fine-dining omakase restaurant that celebrates Japanese culinary heritage.
With chefs Jae Jung and Andy Matsuda at the helm, every dish at Aji Mori House is crafted using only the highest quality cuts of Wagyu beef and the freshest fish, offering a refined kaiseki dining experience. Each plate is a journey, telling a story rooted in Japanese culture and tradition.
